Registration will take place in the foyer of the Mayfield Hotel & Conference Centre during the following schedule:

Conference registration includes the Opening Party on Monday evening, conference program, two continental breakfasts, two lunches, coffee breaks, Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening, conference materials and admission to the Exposition.

Exposition registration includes one 8' x 10' draped booth, one 8' skirted table and two chairs. The Opening Party on Monday evening, and continental breakfasts on Tuesday and Wednesday morning are also included in the registration fee.

Registrations may be mailed, faxed or emailed. Registrations without payment will NOT be confirmed.

No telephone registrations will be accepted. Early-Bird registrations are eligible before March 14, 2003. Registrations at the late fee will be accepted to the time of the Conference. Pre-paid registration is highly recommended as space fills quickly and this will secure your attendance. Registrations are transferrable.

No refunds will be given after April 30, 2003. A processing fee of $20.00 will be charged for cancellations received before April 30, 2003. All cancellations must be received in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
